- Content You Create: Stadium ratings, reviews, comments, and photos you upload.
- Social Information: Users you follow and users who follow you.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, such as stadiums viewed and ratings submitted.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and improvement.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the BallParked service
- To display your profile, ratings, and photos to other users
- To show you content from people you follow
- To improve and personalize the app experience
- To send push notifications (with your permission)
- To respond to support requests
Data Storage
Your data is securely stored on Supabase, a third-party cloud backend service. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

- Expo: App delivery and push notification infrastructure
- Apple App Store / TestFlight: App distribution
Your Rights
- Access: View your profile and data anytime in the app
- Update: Edit your profile, ratings, and comments
- Delete: Delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account
- Opt out: Disable push notifications in your device settings
Children's Privacy
BallParked is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us to have it removed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the Effective Date above.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using BallParked, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You must be at least 13 years old to use BallParked
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
User Content
You retain ownership of the ratings, reviews, photos, and comments you post. By posting content, you grant BallParked a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the app.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users
- Spam, fake reviews, or manipulation of ratings
- Impersonating other people, teams, or organizations
- Uploading illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
Intellectual Property
BallParked branding, design, and code are our property. MLB team names, stadium names, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. BallParked is not affiliated with or endorsed by Major League Baseball.
Disclaimer
Stadium ratings are personal opinions of our users and do not reflect the views of BallParked, MLB, or any team. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BallParked is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
